Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times Assist shoppers with product demonstrations and explain features to enhance their buying experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products and accessories by highlighting benefits that meet customer preferences, boosting sales performance Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are attractively presented Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and manage inventory levels to keep the store neat and well-stocked Conduct product demos to educate customers about new items or features, encouraging informed purchasing decisions Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, store hours, or promotions while practicing excellent phone etiquette Assist with cashiering duties, including processing returns and exchanges accurately using retail math principles Support team members in supervising store operations when needed, fostering a collaborative environment Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service are essential for success Basic math skills are necessary for cash transactions and inventory management Join us to be part of a vibrant retail environment where your energy makes a difference!
