Driver/ Budtender

We are looking for a part time Driver/Budtender (your primary job will be budtender but the secondary fill in job will be delivery driver)

hours - 34 hours depending on the week We are looking for friendly, dependable, organized and motivated people, with excellent communication skills and passion for cannabis to help guide our patients in choosing the best products and dosages to suit their needs. Prior cannabis industry experience or retail customer service experience is a plus but not required. A Bacco Farms Driver/Budtender responsibilities and duties: Provide exceptional customer service to every patient Operating cash registers, performing data entry or inventory, and updating patient records and profiles Assist with store opening and closing procedures Meeting certain criteria minimums for delivering out to different zip codes Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked sales floor Comply with all State regulations practices and procedures Be reliable, honest and punctual Have a basic knowledge of cannabis products, and their various medicinal benefits, with an eagerness to continually learn more and a desire to become an expert in the field Assist in labeling and organizing inventory Posses basic computer skills Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a required background check Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited university highly desired High school graduation required 2 to 4 years in sales Physical Requirements Long periods of prolonged sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs Work Environment Must be able to use their own car for deliveries but will get reimbursed mileage Similar to a busy office Varied hours and/or days, including nights, days, holidays, or weekends
