Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage through engaging product demos Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive displays and organized stock levels Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipts Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and conducting regular inventory checks Ensure compliance with all regulations related to age verification, product storage, and sales procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions via phone or in person with professionalism and clarity Support store operations through cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and retail math accuracy Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and industry regulations Requirements

BUDTENDING EXPERIENCE

Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in retail stores or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles for efficient store management Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
