Mood Cannabis is looking for a friendly, dependable, and knowledgeable Budtender to join our Jackson team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and is interested in helping customers find the right cannabis products for their needs. We're looking for someone interested in becoming a consistent, long-term member of our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive experience
• Learn our products, promotions, and inventory
• Educate customers and provide thoughtful product recommendations
• Accurately process sales and POS transactions
• Maintain compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations and company procedures
• Keep the sales floor, displays, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and product organization
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team
• Help promote Mood through excellent customer service and, when needed, social media/content
• Be willing to assist throughout the store, from customer check-in through checkout What we're looking for:

• Previous cannabis or retail experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Must meet all Michigan requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis establishment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays [if applicable]

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
