Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional service to customers.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and explain benefits
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with product demonstrations to showcase features
