Job Description
Job Title:
BudtenderMUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK!
Experience:
- Previous budtender or other cannabis industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption
- Experience with POS systems is required. Experience with Portal 42 is a plus
- Knowledge of how to weigh appropriate Flower amounts in GRAMS
- Able to work long hours standing (5 or 10 Hour shifts)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system (we use Portal 42)
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Conduct product demos and provide information on new arrivals
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of marijuana products At Top Cannabis Outlet, we strive to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Pay:
$14- 16/Hour + Tips and Free Samples.
