Shift Leaders are responsible for:

Partnering with Store Team Leaders to provide leadership and management coverage when team leaders are offsite. Providing "pawsome" service to our neighbors and engagement with the pets that bring them to our store. Adhering to operational policies and procedures Preferred candidates will have: Previous retail experience Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as operate all equipment, including a forklift. Have reliable transportation and work flexible schedules.
