Are you an outgoing fashion lover? For the Love of Shoes is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

In this role, you will share your passion for style to help customers find their perfect fit. You will help create a fun, welcoming, and relaxing shopping experience. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for students or anyone looking to earn extra income throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

Greet guests warmly, share product knowledge, and offer personalized style recommendations.

Store Atmosphere:

Keep the shopping environment fun, inviting, clean, and beautifully organized.

Sales & Checkout:

Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle openings/closings accurately.

Service Support:

Handle returns, exchanges, and special orders with a positive attitude.

Teamwork:

Assist with restocking, inventory, and daily tasks from management while keeping the store secure.

Qualifications:

Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable team player. Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with customers. Calm and professional under pressure. Ability to stand for long periods, climb a small ladder, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Availability:

Must be able to work weekends and holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas!).

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
