PTO, Health, Dental & Vision About the Position WOW! Stores is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Customer Service Associates to join our team. This is an active convenience-store position—not just a cashier role. You'll help customers, operate the register, stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and make sure the store stays organized and ready for customers throughout your entire shift. Previous retail, convenience-store, grocery, restaurant, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required . We're willing to train dependable candidates with the right attitude and work ethic. Schedule & Physical Requirements Full-time and part-time positions may be available. Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on store needs. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, stocking merchandise, routine cleaning, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be provided in accordance with applicable law. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer service. Operate the POS register and accurately handle cash and other payments. Follow age-verification and company procedures for regulated products. Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and checkout areas. Receive and put away merchandise when assigned. Maintain clean, organized, and customer-ready store and restroom areas. Complete assigned cleaning and shift responsibilities. Maintain proper product presentation and promotional displays. Follow safety, security, and company procedures. Report safety concerns, suspicious activity, spills, or equipment issues to management.
