• Quality Lead 📍 Warren, MI 🕒 1st Shift | 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM 💲 Up to $35/hour plus benefits The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is partnering with a growing manufacturinganization seeking an experienced Quality Lead to support inspection and production quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting operators, coordinating workflow, conducting audits, and driving quality and process improvements across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily inspection and process operations as a senior team member or process lead
• Assign workloads and provide hands-on technical support as needed
• Train and cross-train employees to ensure process efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct layered audits to ensurepliance with quality standards and procedures
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other departments to resolve issues
• Maintain Gemba boards, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support safety, HS&E, 6S, and manufacturing systempliance
• Assist with overtime scheduling and departmental support activities
• Provide input for operator performance evaluations and development

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing quality or process lead experience required
• Strong leadership,munication, andanizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to foster a positive team environment
• Proficiency with MS Office required

Pay Details:
