Exotics Cannabis Co. in Pontiac is looking for motivated, outgoing, and dependable Budtenders to join our team. We're looking for people who can provide exceptional customer service , maintain a positive attitude, and help every customer find the right products for their needs. Our ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Cannabis knowledge is a plus, but a great personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service Assist customers with selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs Learn and confidently explain flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles, vaporizers, and other products Stay knowledgeable about current products, brands, promotions, and daily specials Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions Verify customer identification and follow all required age-verification procedures Follow all company policies and Michigan cannabis regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Assist with restocking and merchandising products Build relationships with customers and create a welcoming shopping experience Work effectively with management and other team members What We're Looking For 21 years of age or older Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Ability to learn cannabis products, brands, and promotions quickly Retail, sales, hospitality, or cannabis experience is preferred Must be able to meet all requirements for employment at a Michigan licensed cannabis retailer Why Join Exotics?
