Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to lawn care, painting, DIY projects for home and business. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations to ensure accurate transactions. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves Support inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock checks, and managing product placement for maximum appeal. Engage with customers via phone communication to answer inquiries about products or services and promote ongoing sales initiatives. Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing questions promptly and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Must be available evenings, weekends and some holidays. Experience Prior outdoor work experience or familiarity with retail or hardware retail a plus. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and retail sales processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for providing clear guidance and building rapport. Demonstrated organizational skills for managing stock levels and merchandising displays efficiently. Previous experience in retail environments involving outdoor or garden products will help you thrive in this energetic role. Must have a reliable mode of transportation, clean driving record. $13.73 - $16.00 per hour
