$18.00/hour About Korting Discount Outlet Korting Discount Outlet is not a traditional retail store. We purchase truckloads of overstock, returns, and liquidation merchandise and sell it to customers at heavily discounted prices. Our inventory changes constantly, so there is always something new coming into the store. Our stores combine priced merchandise on shelves with our bin-store model , where customers search through bins for deals and the price decreases throughout the week. Because of this model, our stores are fast-paced and hands-on. Employees aren't standing behind a register all day. The team works together to keep merchandise moving, the store organized, and customers taken care of. What You'll Do As a Retail Associate, you'll help with all areas of the store, including: Stocking and organizing merchandise Keeping bins, shelves, aisles, and work areas clean Helping customers find items and understand how our store works Running the cash register and assisting with checkout Restocking bins and shelves as new inventory arrives Maintaining an organized and presentable sales floor Helping with general cleaning and store upkeep Working with the rest of the team to complete daily tasks What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are dependable, productive, and willing to work . You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day. This is an active, hands-on retail job, so you should expect to be on your feet and moving throughout your shift.
