Bloom City Club - Ypsilanti, MI is now hiring qualified Budtenders/ Sales Associates to join our team! We are looking for applicants who are interested in forming a long-term relationship with our company; people who are dependable, trustworthy, confident, organized, motivated, positive and passionate about their work. We offer flexible scheduling, but both positions require working weekend shifts and some holidays. A caring, considerate, customer service focused, and enthusiastic attitude for the industry is a must. These positions give a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth. Must be a team player, implement constructive feedback and have the ability to learn at a fast pace. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application and pass a criminal background check , which means you have no felony convictions in the past 10 years and no controlled substance misdemeanors within the previous 5 years. Upholding Michigan marijuana laws with patients and fellow employees is an essential part of the job and is mandatory. Essential Job Duties:

Greet and check in customers. Assist customers with selecting the best products according to their needs. Clean, stock and organize the showroom and other work areas. Provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

Be on time and reliable. Willingness to learn about cannabis and the products we sell. Possess a great attitude and friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment. Must have open availability to work any hours that the store is open. Be professional and customer focused. Must be computer literate.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to read fine print (typed font). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires frequent movement.
