Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all IT Project Management efforts for assigned projects, creating, refining, updating, and managing project plans with business and IT stakeholders. Organize and define project milestones and dependencies for each project. Track action items related to the seven project management phases: Discovery, Design, Planning, Development, QA, Deploy, and Completion/Closeout. Hold a kickoff meeting session at the commencement of each project with all business and IT stakeholders to align goals, timeframes, deliverables, expectations, dependencies, and requirements. Interface with Business Representatives, Executive Sponsors, Application Owners, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely status and task completion. Develop RACI with stakeholders to outline project roles and responsibilities. Lead project teams, resolve reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs, and manage project budgets. Prepare and present project reports and provide recommendations for improvement. Conduct financial planning and report performance to budget for projects. Manage project prioritization to maximize project launch efficiency Manage project management reporting and optimize flow efficiency across IT, and assist in removing roadblocks and blockers to projects. Train, guide, and mentor staff on Agile topics, and provide industry best practice recommendations.
Requirements :
Must have a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in Program and Project Management. Must have an active PMP certification. Ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders with Technical Expertise in IT technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud computing. Strong experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills Working knowledge and experience leading teams through Agile transformations. Experience managing financial roadmaps, reporting, procurement, payments, and tracking of purchase orders, requests, and guide SOW development. Extremely task and detail oriented, while able to understand and track project progress towards milestones and completion of programs and projects. Demonstrated capabilities in managing complex, large scale, technical projects. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects for entire teams under time constraints.
Pay:
$90,770.30 - $109,314.77 per year
