What You'll Be Doing:

Assist customers primarily by phone, as well as through email and chat Handle inbound customer inquiries with a sales-focused approach Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate wheels, tires, lift kits, and automotive accessories Answer product questions and help customers make informed purchasing decisions Generate and close sales by effectively communicating product benefits and value Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or accessories based on customer needs Build rapport with customers and provide a positive buying experience Follow up with customers when appropriate to help move sales forward Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and customer issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions Develop product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and make recommendations Work closely with team members to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience What makes you a great fit: Previous phone sales, inside sales, or sales-focused customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and guiding conversations toward a sale A sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions Previous automotive experience is preferred Knowledge of wheels, tires, automotive parts, accessories, or aftermarket products is a plus Ability to learn technical product information and apply it when assisting customers Confident, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while also being a team player Previous e-commerce or online retail experience is a plus Looking for a long-term opportunity?
