Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support both service and inside sales activities. This role combines customer communication, account support, and sales coordination in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Job Duties:

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Help customers select products, answer questions, and troubleshoot basic issues Manage service requests, including returns, repairs, and warranty support Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Support distribution partners with quotes, lead times, and order-related questions Build relationships with partners and follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems Contribute to sales and marketing efforts, including product recommendations and outreach Enter and track leads, maintain pipeline activity, and keep records up to date Provide backup support for order processing as needed

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable speaking with customers and partners over the phone Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Acumatica a plus) and customer support tools Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
