We're currently hiring an Entry Level Team Member to join our growing Minneapolis team. As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll work closely with customers, support day-to-day sales and enrollment activities, and gain valuable experience in customer service, communication, and business development. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs, preferences, and service goals. Have friendly, informative conversations to introduce products and services that may be a good fit. Answer customer questions and provide clear information about available options, features, and promotions. Assist customers throughout the enrollment process while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Follow up with customers to provide additional support and help create a positive overall experience. Maintain accurate customer information and complete enrollment documentation in a timely manner. Work closely with team members to share ideas, support team goals, and contribute to a positive workplace. Participate in ongoing Entry Level Team Member training and coaching designed to strengthen communication, customer service, and business skills. Develop practical experience in customer engagement, sales support, and professional relationship building. What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team. Prior Entry Level Team Member experience, sales, or customer service experience is a plus. Motivated to develop professionally and take on new challenges. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing position is helpful but not required.
