As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and organized. Duties Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Stock shelves and ensure that products are displayed neatly and attractively. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
