Job Description

Job Summary:
Waldoch Crafts is seeking a full-time Truck Shop Lead to build, install, and service premium luxury vehicles. This position is ideal for an experienced technician with strong mechanical, electrical, and interior installation skills who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position includes installing
ACCESSORIES, WIRING, WHEELS
& TIRES, FABRICATION, TOPPERS, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with supervisors and managers to ensure all production goals are met for the area and escalate concerns quickly to achieve production demand. Keep the truck shop work area clean, organized, and production-ready. Follow safety protocols, maintain a safe work environment, and report safety concerns through proper channels. Train new employees on proper installation procedures, work instructions, tools, equipment, and best practices. Installs aftermarket and custom components for trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles. Wires and installs electronic control panels and related mechanical or electrical equipment such as truck toppers, running boards, tonneau covers, seat heat, seats, bulkhead, leather, fender flares, wheels, tires, suspension components, TV, and more. Accurate and efficient installations with regards to timeliness and safety Documenting installation details Good communication skills Internal and external customer service Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and write simple memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to work safely, independently, and as part of a team.
