Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging demos and explanations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by highlighting new items, promotions, and complementary accessories to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked, organized, and properly labeled Conduct product demos to showcase product quality and benefits to customers Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and inventory control Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize store presentation Supervise or assist in training new team members in customer service standards and operational procedures Requirements Prior retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math skills Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is a plus Supervising experience is desirable for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining professionalism on the phone and in person Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and attention to detail Basic math skills for balancing registers and managing inventory counts Join us as a Budtender and become an integral part of our vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional service while promoting responsible cannabis use.
