Bella Vita Wellness Spa and Salt Cave is seeking a warm, dependable Part-Time Retail & Hospitality Associate to support our guest experience, front desk, boutique, retail sales, service preparation, and day-to-day hospitality operations. This role is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel welcome, cared for, and comfortable while keeping the Bella Vita guest experience organized, polished, and consistent.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression Checking clients in and out for appointments and services Answering routine guest questions and explaining basic service expectations Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Assisting with WellnessLiving and Square Processing retail purchases, gift cards, memberships, packages, and approved promotions Maintaining attractive, organized, and well-stocked retail displays Assisting with inventory counts, restocking, deliveries, and pricing Preparing and resetting wellness spaces between appointments Assisting with salt cave, red light therapy, ionic foot baths, and other services as trained Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas Assisting with classes, private parties, events, and seasonal promotions Supporting membership and retail sales in a helpful, non-pressure way Communicating guest concerns, scheduling issues, and operational needs promptly
Qualifications:
Retail, hospitality, spa, wellness, front-desk, or customer-service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of guests Strong attention to detail Comfortable using or learning scheduling and point-of-sale software Able to multitask while remaining calm and professional Comfortable maintaining clean and organized spaces Able to work independently while knowing when to ask for help Willing to learn Bella Vita's services, products, values, and guest experience Schedule and compensation: Approximately 15-20 hours per week. Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience . Some evenings and weekends may be required, with additional flexibility during reopening, events, private parties, holidays, and seasonal promotions. The ideal candidate is warm, calm, trustworthy, observant, organized, approachable, and understands that great hospitality is about how people feel—not simply completing tasks.
