About the Role We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Group Sales & Embroidery Associate to join our team. This position is primarily focused on group sales, custom apparel, embroidery, shirt printing, and order production . You'll work closely with schools, teams, organizations, businesses, and other groups to coordinate custom apparel orders from start to finish. The role also includes some customer interaction on the sales floor, but the majority of your time will be spent managing group orders, communicating with customers, organizing production, and ensuring custom orders are completed accurately and on time. If you enjoy staying busy, working with people, keeping projects organized, and taking pride in the finished product, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Coordinate group apparel orders for teams, schools, organizations, events, and businesses Communicate with customers to gather order details, artwork, sizes, quantities, and deadlines Manage group orders from initial inquiry through final completion Prepare and organize garments for embroidery and shirt printing Operate and assist with embroidery and garment-printing equipment Manage garment production and ensure orders are completed accurately Track production schedules and deadlines to keep orders on time Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Organize completed orders for customer pickup or delivery Process orders and transactions using our POS system Manage emails, customer communication, order details, and follow-ups Help manage inventory and ensure necessary garments and materials are available Follow up with customers to confirm details and ensure a great experience Assist customers on the sales floor with clothing, fittings, and product selection as needed Help with general store organization and day-to-day operations What We're Looking For Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with customers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines at the same time Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment Reliable, dependable, and willing to take initiative Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn embroidery, printing, and production processes Comfortable working with computers, email, and order-management systems Previous experience in sales, retail, apparel, embroidery, screen printing, or garment production is a plus, but not required Why You'll Love It Here Supportive, team-oriented work environment Variety in your day with a combination of sales, production, and customer interaction Hands-on experience with embroidery, shirt printing, and custom apparel Opportunity to build relationships with local teams, organizations, and businesses Learn valuable skills in group sales, customer service, production, and operations Employee discounts on merchandise Room to grow and take on additional responsibilities within the company
