Job Description Detail:

Coordinate:

Work closely with other shift leaders to prioritize and direct departments' workflow.

Efficiency:

Maintain production pace while minimizing waste.

• Ensure print quality standards are met on each job according to specifications.
• Support continuous improvement through training, encouragement, sharing knowledge and listening to suggestions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

Learn equipment to perform routine maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with small machine repairs and understanding, for maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Print or foil stamping experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Enthusiastic, dependable and eager to take on new challenges
