About Us:

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 18 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, and Minnesota. We also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers.

The Role:

As a Retail Associate, you'll be at the forefront of the memorable experience that we create for our guests. You'll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return. As a bottling associate you will spend some shifts working in our soda bottling facility working with our team on basic functions such as, loading, labeling and boxing sodas. This role isn't just about sales; it's about making a difference and being part of something special.

Here's What We're Looking For:

Dependable:

We're open 7 days a week, and we're looking for hardworking team members who can have fun! The position will be for 15-20 hours a week, and must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays, mainly for nights and weekends with a few other shifts available throughout the week.

Outgoing Personality:
