Job Description

As a Region Director, you'll lead a team of District Managers responsible for more than 80 store locations. You'll help shape the future of the business by creating high-performing teams, accelerating sales growth, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every store delivers exceptional experience for our guests and team members.
This role requires a strategic leader who can balance business performance with people development, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth. You'll serve as a key link between our Store Support Center and field teams, helping bring company initiatives to life while empowering leaders to succeed. Drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, and guest experience across 80+ store locations.
Execute Casey's strategic priorities while empowering leaders to deliver results through their teams.
Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback, succession planning, and career development.
Foster a culture rooted in Casey's CARES values where team members feel supported, respected, and inspired to grow.
Use data, insights, and business acumen to identify opportunities and improve performance across your region.
Partner with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted liaison between stores and the Store Support Center to achieve company objectives.
Lead through change with confidence, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Compensation:
Typical hiring range: $145,000 - $187,400
Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.
This position is eligible for quarterly and annual performance bonuses based on store and company performance.
Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
