The Opportunity Sunrise Dispensary in Clinton, Missouri is looking for dynamic and service-oriented individuals to assist customers at our Clinton location. The Patient Consultant position ensures compliance with local regulations and laws, supports seamless front desk operations, and assists customers by delivering exceptional service. Job Description The Patient Consultant position is a full-time role responsible for attending to the needs of customers. This role is key to promoting a customer-first experience in the dispensary while delivering exceptional service and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain daily compliance with all policies, including state and local regulations, security protocols, access procedures, dress code, and operating standards Create an exceptional customer experience through education, product knowledge, and salesmanship Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures Assist in maintaining cleanliness of all point-of-sale areas and throughout the dispensary Accurately and efficiently enter customer profiles Maintain knowledge of cannabis products and retail operations Assist in facilitating customer flow within the dispensary Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and help drive customer loyalty Contribute to an environment built on communication, teamwork, and engagement Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service Remain proficient in and ensure compliance with Sunrise policies, regulatory requirements, and procedures

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to stand and walk for long periods and comfortably bend and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends Knowledge of cannabis products and the cannabis industry preferred Basic computer and technology skills required
