Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right solutions
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Learn how to use all systems to ensure proper paperwork and follow all sales procedures.
• Generate new prospects daily.
• Institute a feature/ benefit selling methodology to ensure all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business using the

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales required or able to demonstrate ability to sell. Previous sales experience in Automotive, Parts or Powersports a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to adapt to monthly sales programs, rate changes and business needs.
• Ability to think quickly on your feet to overcome objections and close deals.
