Welding Lead - Join Our Winning Team! O'Fallon, MO Ready to take your welding career to the next level? WB Industries is looking for a Welding Lead who can spark success on the floor and lead a talented crew of welders. If you've got the skills and leadership drive, this is your chance to step up.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a welding team of up to 20 (yep, you'll be the go-to leader on the floor!) Supporting the Weld Supervisor and keeping projects running smoothly Reading blueprints like a pro and turning them into real results Welding with MIG and TIG processes as needed Ensuring quality is on point and inspections are done right Keeping jobs on track, on time, and up to our high standards

TIG welding expertise (MIG welding skills too!)
