Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional service
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Upsell products and promote special offers to customers
Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices
- Sales skills with the ability to upsell products to customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
