Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional service
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
• Upsell products and promote special offers to customers

Skills:

• Experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is preferred
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices
• Sales skills with the ability to upsell products to customers
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
