Retail Associate Duties:

Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations Maintain a strong understanding of products, including features, benefits, and usage Support sales efforts through customer engagement and suggestive selling Contribute to a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet store goals Promote customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

Retail Associate Candidate Attributes:

Retail Associate Requirements:
