In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for engaging with attendees, providing product information, facilitating sales transactions, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for motorsports and retail sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy event while developing valuable sales and customer service skills. Responsibilities Greet event attendees warmly and assist them with product inquiries Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions professionally and courteously Demonstrate effective etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Sales associates represent the SuperMoto Cross Brand, therefore, it is requested that all sales associates do not have face tattoos, or tattoos that have obscene language, symbolish, or political affiliation. Must be well-groomed and prepared to converse with patrons in a family-friendly manner. All black clothing is required. Supermoto Cross shirt will be provided on-site. Close-toed shoes are required.
