Duties Greet customers warmly and actively assist them in selecting lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance products. Provide expert advice on plant identification, floral design, and outdoor equipment to help customers make informed decisions. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and order processing. Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves efficiently, and ensure the store is clean and organized. Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and product replenishment. Engage with customers via phone communication to answer questions about products or services. Assist with outdoor work tasks such as plant care demonstrations or landscape maintenance when needed. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; enthusiasm for gardening or horticulture is a plus. Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, plant identification, floral design, and outdoor work experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and stock management. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions.
