Job Description

Skier Services Lead Excellent Service is at the heart of what we do here at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club. Our team knows our associates are our best asset, and we treat our associates as we do our members: with kindness, humility and respect. Spanish Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 40 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, MT. The Skier Services Lead is responsible for performing and overseeing daily tasks that align with the department's long term goals and objectives, uphold Spanish Peaks Mountain Club's Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Train and help integrate new associates into the operation, be available to answer questions to ensure the team is operating efficiently Providing services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow. Setting up boots and gear for members and guests Greeting members and guests and ensuring that all Snowsports information and release forms are accurately filled completed Posting any appropriate charges associated with ski and snowboard activities Properly communicating with Club staff and guests all present and upcoming programs and activities and booking corresponding reservations Maintaining relationships and communication with past and future members and guests with pre- and post-visit correspondence. Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for outdoor activities such as skiing Two years working experience in ski resort hospitality is preferred. High school or equivalent education required.
