FULL-TIME YEAR-ROUND RETAIL + COFFEE TEAM MEMBER

Sonder Montana Co | Bigfork, Montana Sonder Montana Co is looking for a full-time, year-round team member to join our small but highly creative team in Bigfork. Sonder is a modern Western mercantile and coffee shop focused on thoughtful retail, specialty coffee, Montana-made goods, vintage Western apparel, and elevated customer experience. This is not a traditional retail or coffee shop environment — we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating a welcoming, beautiful, fast-paced space for both locals and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of: Retail sales and customer service Merchandising and store presentation Specialty coffee service Creative and community-oriented work Working as part of a small, hardworking team Responsibilities include: Assisting customers on the retail floor Preparing coffee and drink orders Maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness Restocking and inventory support Opening and closing responsibilities Supporting day-to-day shop operations during both busy summer months and quieter off-season periods We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and self-motivated Friendly and confident with customers Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Available year-round, including weekends Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Interested in retail, merchandising, design, fashion, or hospitality Previous retail or barista experience is appreciated, but personality, reliability, and initiative are equally important to us.
