This position is for our Clemmons location. Best 4K9 is a family-owned small business with 4 locations serving the Triad with a strong emphasis on building long term customer relationships. We are looking for excellent candidates that can help us grow and reach as many pet parents as possible. Requirements and Responsibilities of the job include: High school degree or equivalent - MUST be out of high school Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in-store sales. Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts. The ability to stay engaged and busy throughout the shift. All candidates must have the ability to work a variety of shifts and be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. This is not a seasonal or summer job. We hire to train and retain and all candidates must have completed high school.
