Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hiring Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in attracting, screening, and onboarding talented individuals to join our vibrant food service environment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us build a strong, dedicated team that delivers exceptional experiences to our guests every day. Duties Assist in recruiting efforts by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for new team members Support onboarding procedures, including orientation and training schedules to ensure new hires are well-prepared Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Maintain accurate records of applicant information, interview feedback, and hiring documentation Promote a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and employment regulations during all hiring activities Contribute to a welcoming environment that reflects the company's values and commitment to diversity Skills Strong understanding of food preparation, food safety standards, and food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for cashiering and sales transactions Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Ability to perform basic math calculations related to cash handling, retail math, and sales upselling techniques Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Knowledge of sanitation practices, kitchen experience, serving protocols, bussing procedures, and general restaurant operations This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your proactive approach helps shape our team's success.
