Full-Time Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG) is hiring an experienced, dependable Group Lead to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Liberty, NC. This position requires a hands-on leader who can guide employees, monitor daily operations, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and support team members throughout the shift Assign daily responsibilities and monitor work completion Train and assist new employees Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and safety Ensure employees follow all company and facility procedures Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary Communicate staffing, attendance, and performance updates to management Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports Assist with operational duties as needed Promote a professional, organized, and safety-focused workplace Requirements Previous leadership, group lead, or supervisory experience required Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead employees while remaining hands-on Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Ability to work in an active industrial environment Safety boots are required Must be available to work from 7:30 AM-4:15 PM with Thursdays and Saturdays off Must meet all background check, drug-screening, and employment eligibility requirements About Us Since June 2020, Canadian Executive Search Group Inc.
