What You'll Do Create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and memorable experience for every customer Learn our product lineup and confidently provide personalized recommendations Introduce customers to new products and contribute to individual and store sales goals Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system Support daily store operations including stocking, inventory, online orders, organization, and general store upkeep You'll Thrive Here If You Have 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or sales experience ; 2+ years is preferred Are outgoing, professional, dependable, and confident communicating with customers Are a quick learner who can turn product knowledge into clear, helpful recommendations Enjoy working toward sales goals while keeping the customer experience first Can stay organized, productive, and team-focused in a fast-paced environment Previous cannabis or hemp experience is preferred, but not required. We're happy to teach someone who brings strong customer-service skills, a willingness to learn, and genuine enthusiasm for the industry. Schedule & Location This is a multi-location position . Candidates must be able to reliably work at a minimum of two GreenLife locations , with current staffing needs primarily across Matthews, Concord, and Mount Holly . Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability is required. Reliable transportation is required.
