What You'll Do Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude. Identify customer needs and recommend the best Boost Mobile plans, devices, accessories, and services. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Process activations, upgrades, account changes, bill payments, and device transfers accurately. Educate customers on promotions, financing options, phone protection, and accessory bundles. Upsell accessories, insurance, and additional lines to maximize customer value. Demonstrate phones and devices while explaining features and benefits. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals. Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked sales floor. Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store operations. Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system while following cash handling procedures. Stay current on Boost Mobile products, promotions, and wireless technology. What We're Looking For Sales or customer service experience preferred. Wireless retail experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to multitask while providing outstanding customer service. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
