The Counter Sales Associate will focus on making our contractor experience like no other by providing exceptional customer service and superior product and sales assistance that can't be found elsewhere. This team member will build relationships that keep our customers coming back. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to entering customer orders taken face-to-face and on the phone into our computer system, filling orders in the warehouse, interacting with the warehouse team to schedule deliveries and meet customer needs, answering product price and inventory availability questions, answering technical questions regarding products and their applications, solving customer problems, preparing quotations, sourcing products from other branches as necessary to meet customer needs, sourcing special order products from manufacturers to meet customer needs and placing purchase orders, growing sales through up-selling and suggesting associated products be added to orders. This associate will be a team player, working closely with the Branch Manager, always looking to help and support his/her fellow team members, and will display a natural "whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude.

Requirement:

Experience in customer service and some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and more importantly HVAC products.
