Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer operations with integrity Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising practices Assist with inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock counts, and maintaining organized storage areas Support store team members by supervising or assisting with customer service initiatives, including product demos and upselling efforts Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing customer interactions Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and provide exceptional service Knowledge of retail store product lines to answer questions confidently and assist in merchandising efforts Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
