Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs using excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting Assist with inventory management by stocking products and participating in regular stock checks Support sales initiatives through effective communication and upselling techniques to meet store goals Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to store policies and safety procedures Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in grocery or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and POS operations Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances performance in this role Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed Join us as a Center Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your retail career.
