• 130,000+ Earning Potential
• Based on Experience Core Technician Duties Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Handle challenging repairs and assist other technicians when needed Perform quality-control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment Shop Foreman / Leadership Duties Provide technical guidance and support to technicians Help diagnose difficult or unusual vehicle concerns Mentor technicians and help develop their skills Assist with workflow and keep jobs moving efficiently through the shop Work closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisor Help maintain a positive, productive and team-focused shop environment Set the standard for quality workmanship and professionalism What We're Looking For Experienced Master or Lead Technician Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Leadership experience or the desire to step into a leadership position Dependable, professional and team-oriented Ford experience is a plus, but not required•We work on all Makes and Models Diagnostic experience is a must $65,000•130,000+ Earning Potential•Based on experience
