Position Summary:

Perform all duties independently to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. Deliver exceptional customer service, offer expert product recommendations, and demonstrate to customers how products operate. Learn about different products and accessories to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Contribute to our company's positive culture by upholding a supportive, team-oriented environment. Stay up-to-date on the latest products and customer service training.

Retail Sales Associate Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back office.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks
• Ensure products are properly displayed
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings

Requirements:

• Responsible for opening and closing store on certain shifts. Must be punctual with arriving on-time.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of technical sales, electronics is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards
