We specialize in fine jewelry, bridal, custom design, and jewelry repair. Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service, expert knowledge, and a personalized experience that keeps clients coming back for generations. What You'll Do Welcome clients and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience Build genuine, long-term relationships with new and existing customers Sell fine jewelry, bridal jewelry, gifts, and custom-designed pieces Ask thoughtful questions to understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets Make knowledgeable product recommendations and confidently guide clients through the purchasing process Develop and maintain your own client relationships and follow-up opportunities Follow up with clients after purchases and throughout the sales process Learn and maintain knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, jewelry designers, and industry trends Assist with custom design projects, special orders, repairs, and client requests Maintain an organized, beautiful, and inviting showroom Participate in store events, community activities, and promotional initiatives Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales goals Provide the level of service expected from a trusted, established fine jeweler What We're Looking For The right personality and attitude matter just as much as experience.
