About Us Jackson & Perryt is a new business located in the heart of Cape May, NJ. we are known for our curated selection of apothecary goods, home accessories, costume jewelry and clothing. After being open for only 2 weeks we are already looking to add to our team! We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented sales associates to join us and help build this beautiful store from the ground up! Position Overview As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and elevated in-store experience. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in fashion, lifestyle, and retail merchandising. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Assist with merchandising and restocking Process transactions accurately through POS system Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures Contribute to a positive and team-oriented environment Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and curated retail Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a new concept from the beginning Strong team environment within an established business Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Employee discount To Apply Please submit your resume and a short note about your interest in the role.
