We are seeking a dedicated and reliable sales associate to join our team. This role involves guiding customers through their furniture and/or mattress needs, as well as building a knowledge of product to successfully close sales. The ideal candidate will have experience with retail sales, furniture/ home design, light showroom maintenance & administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Consulting:

Engage customers to understand their style, budget & needs in order to recommend suitable furniture.

Product Knowledge:

Expertly explain features, materials, and customization options.

Relationship Building:

Maintain customer communications & follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.

Showroom Maintenance/ Administrative Tasks:

Ensure the sales floor is appealing/ straightened, write up sales orders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with retail furniture sales is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Design-oriented, sales-driven, and customer-focused. Flexible schedule ability- weekends & some holidays. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently in a friendly environment.
