Job Summary:

Sisley is seeking a Seasonal (25 hrs/week on average) Beauty Advisor who is highly motivated and passionate about the beauty industry to join our very successful team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in skincare and makeup application and possess exceptional customer service and selling skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences Meet or exceed sales goals set by the brand and store management Keep the counter clean, organized and stocked with products Maintain knowledge of the brand's products and services Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent . Minimum of 2 years of experience working in sales, preferably in the beauty industry Ability to work a flexible schedule, closing shifts ,weekends , holidays based on business needs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Cosmetologist license is a plus If you are sales-driven, self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end environment, we encourage you to apply.
