Our mission is to provide high-quality supplies while fostering a supportive environment for our neighbors and their animals. Role Overview We are looking for hardworking, customer-oriented Team Members to join our store. In this role, you will be the face of our business, ensuring every customer feels welcome and supported, whether they are looking for a new leash for their dog or stocking up on feed for their livestock. Responsibilities Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers throughout the store. Process sales transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Load customer vehicles with heavy items, including bags of dog food, livestock feed, and hay. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, trash removal, and shelf stocking. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service. Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our local community. A proactive attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks as needed. Ability to be responsible for and complete several tasks. Previous experience in retail or agriculture is a plus, but not required. Ability to operate a forklift is also a bonus but not required.

Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
